Welcome to Vital Signs! As more digital health companies go public, these IPOs present a great opportunity to understand businesses in detail and the markets in which they operate. I’m a big fan of the various tech S-1 breakdowns and hope a healthcare-specific take can help give detail on key players, perspective on public market valuations and lessons and benchmarks for companies building in the space.
